Rain in the morning, cleared up partially to the late morning, following that it was extremely changeable with rain at night. Air Chief Marshal Tedder paid a visit to the Wing today, and had a chat with the officers in their Mess after lunch. Two weather recces were carried out to ascertain the suitability of weather over perspective targets, but no operations materialized.
