 R.C.A.F. Melsbroek, Belgium 

Rain in the morning and heavy low cloud made things a bit dismal. Cloud persisted throughout the day. "A" Party departed to B.78 just a short distance west of Eindhoven, Holland, which automatically gives us itchy feet. Gosh! No operations today! This is not giving the Second Army much support.
